4. Pricing, Product Inaccuracies & Stock Availability

5. Ordering, Payment & Contract Formation

  1. Order Acknowledgment vs. Acceptance: When you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email serves solely as an acknowledgment that we have received your request and does not signify formal acceptance of your order.
  2. Contract Formation: A binding sales contract is legally concluded only when your ordered products have been inspected, packed, and formally dispatched to our authorized courier partner.
  3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via authorized payment gateways (FPX Online Banking, Visa/Mastercard Debit and Credit Cards, and approved E-Wallets) as well as manual bank transfers.
  4. Offline / ATM Bank Transfers: For manual transfers, valid proof of payment (transaction receipt slip or clear digital screenshot) must be uploaded or emailed to admin@qiangyitang.com within 24 hours of order placement. Orders without verified payment within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.
  5. Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent transactions, payment irregularities, unauthorized bulk resale, or violations of these Terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Governing Policy: All delivery timeframes, dispatch schedules, courier handling, and shipping charges are governed strictly by our Shipping & Return Policy.
  2. Recipient Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate delivery addresses and reachable phone numbers. Qiang Yi Tang shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failed drop-offs caused by incorrect address entries or unattended premises. Any additional re-delivery fees imposed by the courier will be the customer's responsibility.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  1. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions: Due to strict food safety, health, and hygiene standards governing consumable herbs, medicinal teas, and wellness products, items sold cannot be returned or refunded once unsealed, opened, or consumed.
  2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery by emailing admin@qiangyitang.com with your Order ID and photographic or video evidence of the parcel packaging and product condition.
  3. Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed directly back to your original payment method or via direct bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
